Genjitsu is a unique multistyle Martial Arts established in 1990 by Grand Master E Dillon. The entire syllabus is designed around common attacks and threatening situations, becoming one of the most effective defensive Martial Arts systems of today. Genjitsu places emphasis on rigorous physical conditioning, improved fitness, strength, reaction speed, co-ordination, agility, flexibility, self confidence and awareness. All our training methods are enjoyable, realistic, inventive and well organised. We have 3 clubs situated in Darwen, Blackburn and Mellor, Lancashire with a selection of sessions to suit everybody's needs. Adult classes start from 16 years + Juniors from 7-15 years.
